So. Caleb is dead? That’s it? He doesn’t even make it to the finale? He’s not even that important. What a giant waste of space for four episodes in a show that is already over-saturated. I don’t care how much I like N. Fillion. This makes me sad.

I obviously knew Angel came back - but the entrance was still awesome. It’s the only time that made me wish I wasn’t watching Angel so I could have been completely surprised.

At some point in the last few episodes I started to get lost on the actual First plot. So so convoluted. Caleb has some connection to that old monastery. He wants to protect the Scythe. Now there’s an amulet? Too many objects. Too many people. It feels like the last Pirates movie. Keep it simple, silly.
