I was so excited they brought back Skip and then…it’s not even like they ruined him. It’s just that they took such a simple concept and made it so confusing. And undercut episodes from a season ago in the process.

I finished Season Four and I still don’t know how much I understand of the Beast Master and her master plan. Or what’s going on with Cordelia.

But I also know that I hate Cordelia. Hate her. Cannot stand anything they’ve done with her. And I cannot watch Connor jump from loyalty to loyalty as he tries to find structure and direction in his life. I’m referring to his being torn between Darla and Cordelia. If he was unwaveringly devoted to Cordelia and their baby I would buy it - trying to create the family he’s never had. But he cant’ even commit to that. Sometimes - and I definitely felt this more as Season Four went on - they just align Connor with whatever concept will make him the most inconvenient for the good guys.
